Ok, seriously though, check out this video. This isn’t quite “Tapping” like was introduced to you from Erik Mongrain, but if you pay attention to both you will see what we mean. Though, we are not saying they are the same style of play necessarily. Mongrain is a distinct tapper, whereas Justin King is more of a “percussion” guitarist.

We are going to focus on another under appreciated song by a huge artist. The studio version of Two Step was originally released on the album Crash (yeah…we all owned it…) in 1996. It was met with less than enthusiastic praise by critics, and we think this is probably because the feel is so much different from “Crash into me” and “Tripping Billies”, which were the two other singles from the same album (released earlier).
